Hearst Communications - Priblems with magazines
Mostly ads for very expensive things. Poor articles veryuninteresting subjects. Used to be great. No more. Impossible to get through to any of your phone numbers. Must cancel. Very very poor costumer service.

No response from customer service

I was missing a new subscription. I wrote to inquire about it...and also remind them that I don't participate in auto renewal. No response. But fortunately the subscription finally started arriving.Read R

I had a CC alert this morning re a $30 "Hearst subscription" charge pending. I had no idea what Hearst even represents, and it's a magazine service. Since I received an unsolicited "Good Housekeeping" magazine last week, addressed to me, I assumed that was the reason...

As of May 24th, I have received no response from the Hearst company regarding being removed from their subscription list for print magazines I didn't order. Further, I am now receiving another publication in addition to the first 4.

No newspaper

What feedback?!?! No one to talk to. My moms Ct Post hasnt been delivered for close to a week Subscription paid monthly Two times called promised paper would be delivered NOT!!! Rude customer service rep whose command of the English language was less than stellar I will now be canceling my moms subscription due to lack of any follow through Shame on Ct Post and Hearst

Have not received an issue of the magazine I ordered although they insure me I will receive it 2 months down the line.

I ordered 2 magazine from Hearst Magazine started receiving one 2 months later. I called country Living magazine to see why I as was not getting the magazine, and they did not have a record I had ordered it. I connected with PISSED CONSUMER, I finally called Hearst Magazine's, after several emails They determined I would start getting my magazine the week of May 27th, so I still have a 2 months wait on my first issue.

User's recommendation: Don’t wait as long as I did to resolve an issue with Hearst and I really don’t know it’s resolved. I have to wait 2 months to see if they actually deliver.

Cannot get through to cancel automatic renewal without going to website and paying $1. RIDICULOUS

Just want to cancel automatic subscription to food network magazine. Taken to website to 'chat' for $1 (refundable). RIDICULOUS

Subscription issue

I received a message that my free issue of Prevention has expired but, I thought when I subscribed to this magazine that I signed up for automatic renewals. I would very much that someone from customer service return my phone call. I've already left a voicemail message. Your consideration in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Lack of customer service to a 48 year customer

No resolution of delivery at Houston Chronicle, broken promises, management not returning phone calls, Hearst in NY not answering the phone. They have zero respect for their subscribers and advertisers.

News and weather

Hearst didn't bother to get back with me about my complaint. It shows that they don't care about the viewers or how wxii12 does their broadcast. Two of the weather people don't bother to to give the Foothills forecast. They think that the Piedmont are the only ones who are important Less time needs given to the Piedmont and more given to the Foothills.

Hearst doesn't seem to care about customer service. we're getting better news and weather from Charlotte channels.

The weather team doesn't do a good job for the Foothills as the y do for the Piedmont.. They play around to much.

I paid for a subcription and have not received any magazines

On 10/29/2021 I paid $26.95 for a renewal subscription and never received any magazines. I have, however, recently received a final issue notice and before that a 3-for-1 special renewal offer. Where did my payment go? I have tried three times to talk to someone and never get a callback.

User's recommendation: keep copies of all correspondence. I do have the amount paid on my credit card but since I haven't heard from them in a week I'm probably screwed. I'm going to try one more time. How hard is it to look up a subscription that I've had for years..

I still want the money refunded I was charged after I cancelled

I cancelled the sub for my wife Maxine Reid She was told we would not be charged and after that the money was taken out of our bank acct. I want a full refund. 34.97 I expect to see that back in my acct My phone number is 918557****
