The weather team doesn't do a good job for the Foothills as the y do for the Piedmont.. They play around to much.

I still want the money refunded I was charged after I cancelled

Couldn’t cancel subscription

Found out Im being charged 34 dollars a month for a ladies magazine thats not mine.(old girlfriend) Absolutely no way to speak to anyone or cancel subscription. Now have to do a stop payment. I am f*king pissed!!!

I paid for a subcription and have not received any magazines

On 10/29/2021 I paid $26.95 for a renewal subscription and never received any magazines. I have, however, recently received a final issue notice and before that a 3-for-1 special renewal offer. Where did my payment go? I have tried three times to talk to someone and never get a callback.

User's recommendation: keep copies of all correspondence. I do have the amount paid on my credit card but since I haven't heard from them in a week I'm probably screwed. I'm going to try one more time. How hard is it to look up a subscription that I've had for years..

Incorrect notice of subscription ending

I ordered 2 gift subscriptions to Pioneer Woman for Christmas gifts- My check was cashed by you for $36 in Nov or Dec but you did not notify my gift recipients- now I get a notice for renewing they havent even gotten a magazine yet!!!

Problem with accessing my sub to PopMech and PM Pro

I have a charge on my Paypal for $3.00. Was told by Paypal that it was auto renewal charge. I contacted Hearst to fine out exactly what the renewal was of. The response I got back was totally unsatisfactory. They did not answer my question. I want to know what the charge was for before I decide to cancel the auto renewal. All they answered was that I'd need to contact Hearst Publications directly to find out the info I asked for. Isn't that what I did? I plan on trying to find a phone number to call.

first call back was a hang up, second call was a no pick up. i will not use Hearst subscription any longer. Tried to get some sort of status as to where is my subscription to Esquire but no luck.

i saw a $3.00 charge in my checking account and i didn't order any magazines i need this refund asap because this has caused my acct to be overdrawn i am on an extremely fixed income and this 3 dollars caused a 35 dollar fee refund asap please

Failure to return overcharges

I have 7-day/week paper delivery. That comes with digital access. Three times in the past year I was obstructed from access by a message on the screen telling me to sign up for 99 cents. Two of those became $15/mo. after 12 weeks, one after 26 weeks. So I was being charged three additional, superfluous amounts. My call to Hearst verified this was all on the same account and they have no software that prevents it. I got the three extra items removed. They refuse to refund the additional $315 I paid because "that's not our policy". Equivalent to a parent's "because I said so."
